He's led hardware programs, driven market strategy, and prefers solving practical engineering problems—whether rebuilding and electrifying a classic vehicle or building a prototype for new dev. A lifelong "boat guy" (waterskiing with his dad at nine, J/24 racer in his twenties), Drew's focus is making boating simpler, more reliable, and undeniably fun for more people.

Jake builds the software and compute that make connected, intelligent marine systems possible. He helped architect large-scale AI and high-performance computing infrastructure at Tesla, and now applies that experience to autonomous navigation, fleet management, and user-facing intelligence for Noble Dragon. He's a past teammate of Drew's and a wakeboard-camp regular—so the product roadmaps are informed by real days on the water.
CO-FOUNDER CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Chris is an electrical engineer with a decade-plus of product engineering and hardware leadership, focused on bringing robust, production-ready systems to market. He balances systems-level thinking with a tinkerer's attention to detail, turning complex hardware and firmware challenges into dependable customer outcomes. Outside work he's often on the water or the mountain—snowboarding, wakeboarding, and early-morning lake sessions that keep his engineering instincts sharp.

Malcolm is a master craftsman with 30+ years specializing in advanced composite manufacturing for aerospace and marine applications. His expertise in carbon fiber and GRP construction techniques ensures Noble Dragon boats achieve optimal strength-to-weight ratios while maintaining pristine finish quality.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING LEAD
Shahab brings extensive experience from the renewable energy sector, having designed control systems for wind turbines and solar installations. His expertise in power management and automated systems is instrumental in optimizing Noble Dragon's electric drivetrain efficiency and reliability.
PARTNER, MECHANICAL ENGINEER & CHIEF DESIGNER
Kyra brings a practical, systems-first approach to marine design, specializing in mechanical integration, waterproofing, and modular, maintainable assemblies. Her background spans autonomous robotics, engineering textiles, and human-centered product design, which she uses to make boats that are elegant, tough, and easy to own. Raised on Maine lakes, she pairs a lifetime of boating intuition with day-job rigor to refine every detail from launch to lounging.
